FAQ

Questions patients often ask before visiting

What is walk-in care?

On weekdays from 2 PM to 4 PM, you can be seen without an appointment. We keep this time open for office workers who find it hard to take time off, and even as a walk-in, a dentist takes responsibility for your care.

What treatment can I get during this time?

We start with an examination and guide you on care suited to your condition that day. How far we can go that day depends on your teeth and the tests needed, so if you are short on time, please call us in advance and we will plan accordingly.

What are the hours?

Weekdays from 2 PM to 4 PM. At other times, booking ahead means a shorter wait.

Why do you offer this time slot separately?

It is for office workers who find it hard to take time off or suddenly need treatment. Putting off treatment can make tooth damage worse, so we created a window you can use even if you only have a little time.

Could I be turned away if I come close to closing time?

If you arrive close to 4 PM, what can be done that day may be limited. If possible, come with time to spare, or if it is urgent, call us in advance (02-511-7575) to explain your situation.

Is it better to book, or can I just walk in?

On weekdays from 2 PM to 4 PM you can walk in without an appointment; at other times, booking ahead means a shorter wait. If you have a preferred time, we recommend booking in advance by phone or Naver Booking.

Will I wait long without an appointment?

Waiting time depends on how many people visit that day and what treatment they need, so we cannot give a specific time. If you are short on time, call ahead to let us know and we will take it into account.

Are walk-ins also seen directly by a dentist?

Yes. Even as a walk-in, you are seen by a dentist who takes responsibility for your care, just as in a regular appointment.

Can I be seen without an appointment on Saturdays?

Walk-in care is available on weekdays. On Saturdays we work straight through from 09:30 to 14:00 without a lunch break, so if weekdays are hard for you, Saturday is an option.

Can I get the national health screening during walk-in hours?

Yes. As a nationally designated oral screening institution, you can be screened during this time. If anything needs treatment after the examination, we explain it separately and decide together whether to proceed.

Can I also get scaling without an appointment?

We will check whether scaling can be done during this time. Guidance on insurance-covered scaling depends on whether you are eligible for National Health Insurance, so we will check that at reception as well.

Where is the clinic?

Lawyers Tower 5F, 125 Seochojungang-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul. Take Exit 8 of Gyodae Station (Subway Lines 2 and 3) and the building is right in front of you.

Where can I park?

The building uses valet parking, and parking validation covers up to 2 hours 30 minutes. If you plan a short walk-in visit, public transport may be convenient.

Can I walk in during evening hours on Mondays and Wednesdays?

Evening hours (Mon & Wed until 20:30) are regular hours, so coming without an appointment may mean a long wait. Walk-in hours are weekdays from 2 PM to 4 PM.

Can I ask about my condition by phone first?

Yes. Call 02-511-7575 to describe your symptoms first, or if a call is difficult, leave a message on our KakaoTalk Channel and we will reply as soon as we see it.

It's my first visit—can I register without an appointment?

Yes. Even on your first visit you can register during walk-in hours. Because we first check your teeth with photos and X-rays before explaining, the first visit may take a little longer.
