Teeth made better
People made better
Hello.
I am Ahn Jung-hyun, Chief Director of EROM Dental.
At EROM Dental, 'Benefit the teeth,
benefit people.'
we practice with this philosophy.
This philosophy, from the 1st-generation dentist,
a philosophy set by my father
and it has been carried on for two generations.
Problems with the teeth, in our body,
can cause various other problems.
First
Chewing function is affected.
When chewing hurts because of cavities or gum disease, you cannot eat properly. Meat and vegetables become hard to chew, so meals tend to center on carbohydrates such as rice, porridge and noodles. This can lead to nutritional imbalance and harm overall health. Restoring chewing function lets you eat a variety of foods and balance your nutrition, which can support better overall health.
Second
Aesthetic problems arise.
This includes cavities in the front teeth or gaps that form between teeth as the gums deteriorate. When the front teeth are not attractive, some patients smile less, feel self-conscious, and may even have difficulties in their relationships.
Third
It is a matter of pronunciation.
Malocclusion, or gaps between the front teeth caused by gum disease, can lead to pronunciation problems. Because pronunciation is tied to conversation and relationships, improving it is also important.
Beyond this, oral diseases in systemic diseases
affect it in a great many ways.
Some studies have raised the possibility
of a link between periodontal bacteria and dementia,
Infection in the mouth
affecting the heart and causing infective endocarditis
can also cause it.
